I chose to have the package held for Valentine’s Day shipping, but it ended up shipping automatically! I reached out to the company, and they assured me it was just the label being created. However, when I tracked it, I saw it was on its way to being delivered. Thankfully, you folks managed to call and get the package held, but it never got redelivered.

Update! They were able to send out another box, so all's well that ends well, but it was a whole lot of unexpected trouble! I might consider ordering from them again, but I’m not sure if I want to deal with that hassle once more! Adorable box, great company!
